What Does Our Repair Permit Include?

A permit is a great way to determine all components of the septic system. The repair permit will look at many different things in relation to your septic system.

Our permit includes the following:

  • Septic Tank Size

  • Drain Field Size

  • Setbacks

  • Elevations

  • Soil Borings

  • Pertinent Features

  • Surface water*

If your septic is within 75’ of Non-Tidal Surface water a MAFL will need to be conducted by the local county Health Department. If your septic is within 75’ of Tidal Surface water we will need a plot plan to scale.*

Steps to Getting Your New Septic System Permit

  • Attach your plot plan to scale, floor plan, and boundary survey.

  • We will notify you once we begin working on it and if we need any additional information.

  • Once we have written up the permit application we will submit it to the county for review/approval.

  • We will email you a copy of the permit once it has been issued.
