ATU Septic Maintenance
A maintenance contract is required on every ATU system installed in the state of Florida. These maintenance contracts are between the maintenance entity (septic contractor) and the property owner. The septic contractor must be certified in the ATU system that is being maintained. Johnson Septic and Sewer currently offer Maintenance Contracts in the following systems.
